# Privacy Policy

## 1\. Introduction

PrepPilot ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PrepPilot platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By using PrepPilot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

## 2\. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to our Service. We also collect usage data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction data with our AI training simulations. Training session transcripts and performance scores are stored to provide you with progress tracking and coaching feedback.

## 3\. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service; process transactions and manage your subscription; personalize your training experience and generate performance analytics; communicate with you about updates, support, and promotional offers; ensure the security and integrity of our platform; and comply with legal obligations.

## 4\. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services); within your organization if you are part of a corporate account (supervisors and team owners may view training performance data); and when required by law, regulation, or legal process. All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, regular security audits, and secure cloud infrastructure. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and restrict or object to certain processing activities.
